Bodies Basics Classes - 30 min

This class is for the more seasoned athlete, someone just getting into working out, or just coming back from a workout break. It still has many of the great elements of the intermediate to advanced Bodies classes, just more modifications and less impact.

    db's + step - 2 part workout, Part 1 is 6 moves for 3 rounds, balance and strength focused. Part 2 is 4 moves for reps- coordination, strength, and flexibility. Quick core cash out! FUN!!

    db's optional- gentle floor workout- 5 rounds of 6 movements all on the floor- a little upper body, leg and core strength, flexibility, and an arm cash out.

  • Jan 20 Basics

    db's (various sizes if you have them) Circuit with extra balance work and leg strength today, followed by a quick core cash out (also balancing!) Fun and fast, but tough!

  • Jan 25 Basics

    low-impact strength circuit- fun warm up, and circuit incorporates legs, shoulders, and core. Cash out plus breathwork to finish up!

  • Jan 27 Basics

    db's + step- quick AMRAP with short breaks in between- lots of variety- go as quickly as you'd like, or take it slow like me! ;) Goes by super fast!

  • Feb 1 Basics

    db's only- 2 part workout, both strength focused. Part 1 is legs, Part 2 is arms and core. Goes by quick and is fun!

  • Feb 3 Basics

    db's + elevated surface (optional) TABATA- incorporating glute, lateral leg, shoulder, and core work- with some upper body and core between rounds. Quick and not too spicy! ;)

  • Feb 8 Basics

    db + elev surface- both optional. 2 Min drills! Gain agility, strength, balance, footwork, coordination and core all in one workout! Goes by super fast! :)

  • Feb 10 Basics

    db's + elev surface (optional) 6 movement circuit followed by a core cash out. Strength, arms, legs, balance! Bonus: Fun + Fast! :)

  • Feb 15 Basics

    db's + step- quick circuit today with 5 moves, a lot of leg and balance work, plus core and a arm/core strength cash out! (*music is not on at first, but we get it figured out!)

  • Feb 17 Basics

    db's only- 2 AMRAPs- incorporates lots of agility, coordination, strength (arms) and core work. Goes by really fast and was fun!! :)

  • Feb 22 Basics (2/22/22!)

    db's (opt)- this workout focuses on balance, leg strength and core work. 2 part workout plus a cash out. Fun and fast!

  • Mar 1 Basics

    db's only- fun and quick rotating TABATA. 6 moves for 3 rounds followed by core work x 2! Fast and fun- enjoy!!

    db's opt- 3 AMRAPs- lots of balance today! Goes by so fast as it's broken into 3 workouts. *tech difficulties at the very beginning- you may want to skip ahead a couple minutes. ;)

    db's + elev surface (opt)- quick circuit- 10 moves for :30 each- great total body workout that goes by super fast!! Have FUN!!

    db/elev surface (both optional)- Super fun workout you can take on the road! CARDS! Jump in and enjoy this workout you can do anywhere, anytime, for as long or short as you'd like. ;)

    db's only- This 2 part workout is like the INT/ADV class where we do strength at the beginning and follow with a circuit and core cash out! Let me know how you like the format if you do a lot of Basics classes! :)

    step + db's- get started with soldier kicks and spider crawls, this one picks up with levers (I got booted out of my ballroom!) We have a TABATA swap- goest by quick and is really fun!!

    db's only- circuit workout incorporating, balance, flexibility and core work. Quick cash out.

  • Mar 31 Basics

    db's only- 6 movement circuit- :45/15 each. We completed 4 rounds. Great strength workout for legs, core, and arms!
