This class offers a variety of challenges. Focus on strength the first half of class, and incorporating a circuit, AMRAP, core, EMOM or TABATA to finish.

    db's optional- great bodyweight workout- esp. for travel! 2 parts- 1 for reps, 2 is AMRAP- lots of squats, core, lunges, and a few burpees. :) Spicy, quick, + FUN!

    db's only- fun little 5 round EMOM- for for :45 and rest. Total body, high energy, be ready to sweat and have som fun! Goes super fast with lots of variety. :)

    db + chair- step up strength, + shoulder presses followed by a quick HIIT circuit- zoom crashed for a sec but came right back- just keep moving! ;) Happy Friday!!

    db's (chair optional)- 3 arm strength moves followed by a tough little AMRAP. Lots of shoulder work today, plus core and a a little legs. Core cash out. Get it!

    db's + stool + wall space (options for zero equipment too) 3- 4 minute AMRAPs- is hard but goes by quick! Felt super spicy to me!!

    db's + wall space/elev surface (for cash out) - arm focused strength movements- followed by a quick 2 min circuit and a shoulder/core cash out! Fast and FUN!! Do it! :)

    3 strength moves followed by a quick circuit- used an oldie warm up and cash out! This one was spicy! :)

    db's (could do bodyweight if needed) 3- 9 min AMRAP couplets- incorporates unilateral leg strength movements, balance, core and more. Goes by QUICK!!

    Zero equipment (but you can add a db for some moves if you like!) 2 minute drills- fast + fun! All good stuff. Enjoy!

    db's optional + lots of options for the movements in this EMOM triplet. You can do it for reps or time. squats, skaters, burpees, sprints, thrusters. TOUGH but FUN!!

    db's + wall space (opt) + a band (opt for cash out)- 7's AMRAP! a VARIETY of movements at 7 reps each (mostly!) and a super fun + firey glute cash out!
