Intermediate to Advanced Bodies Classes - 45 min

This class offers a variety of challenges. Focus on strength the first half of class, and incorporating a circuit, AMRAP, core, EMOM or TABATA to finish.

    db's only- strength focuses on arms but incorporates core and some squats too. :30 6 move circuit follows- easily modified to either a light or intense workout with light/heavy db's! Have fun!

    step (opt) db (opt) Great rotating TABATA that goes by crazy fast! Total body workout: step ups, push ups, V ups, squats, burpees, handstands and planks! LOVED IT! Do it! You'll have so much fun!

    db's (step for cash out- optional) 2 part workout- total body circuit followed by a legs + core EMOM and a split squat/lunge cash out that gets quite spicy!! Fast and fun!

  • Wed May 11

    step (optional- you can sub sprints or lunges) 4 movement circuit- very high intensity leg focused workout. You will be out of breath! 6 rounds goes by quick! Core cash out. Spicy little weds workout!

  • Fri May 13

    db's only- arm and core focus, but we hit the legs a little too. 2- 6 movement circuits. Goes by wildly fast! Enjoy the jelly arms!! :)

    db's + step- 3 AMRAPS, lots of squats today- core work and push ups too. A tough triple! Have fun!!

    db's only- triple AMRAP incorporating lots of movements that hit legs, arms and core. It was quick and spicy! Enjoy!

    db's + step (optional) - 2 EMOMs and this one goes by FAST! burpees, thrusters, lunges, rev burpees and a second EMOM with push ups and step ups. Spicy & fun!!

  • Mon May 23

    db's + chair/stool (opt) - 3 part leg strength to start, with a quick circuit with leg/core focus. Goes by quick and will get you a little sweaty!

  • Wed May 25

    zero equipment needed for TWENTY FOUR reps of 5 moves for 24 minutes. Get stronger and sweaty with this one! Plus a quick upper body cash out! YOW!

  • Fri May 27 (last day live through summer!)

    db opt- LAST DAY and it's BURPEE HEAVEN! (or burpee madness) Enjoy an old school warm up, a short EMOM, a tough AMRAP, and a true "HIIT" EMOM to finish! Lots of love and have a WONDERFUL SUMMER!! xoxo
