Bodies Basics Classes - 30 min
This class is for the more seasoned athlete, someone just getting into working out, or just coming back from a workout break. It still has many of the great elements of the intermediate to advanced Bodies classes, just more modifications and less impact.

db's + step- Four 5 min AMRAPs- incorporates lots of fun movements and lots of modifications and variety. Goes by crazy fast!

Apr 19 Basics
db's + step- 3 part workout- Pt 1 strength circuit, Pt 2 strength + cardio and Pt 3 core. Spicy and fun! Enjoy it!!

Apr 21 Basics
db's only- 2 strength couplets (one legs, one core) followed by a 3 minute circuit that incorporates strength, coordination, agility, speed and core work. It's fun and not too strenuous!

Apr 26 Basics
db's (optional) 2 minute drills! Great variety with lots of agility, strength and some core work. You won't believe how quickly the workout passes! Enjoy!!

Apr 28 Basics
db's only- 2 circuits. First focuses on arms + legs. The second is all floorwork and hits chest, core and glutes. Low impact but great strength, agility, and coordination work! Enjoy!

May 3 Basics
db's + step- we have 2, 8 rep AMRAPs with 3 movements each for 8 min/5 rounds plus a quick cardio TABATA cash out. Great little workout! Enjoy!

db's (opt)- 8 move circuit that incorporates balance, strength, flexibility and a great amount of core. Plus a quick cash out. Enjoy this fun workout!

May 10 Basics
db's only- 4, 5 minute mini-workouts, each with 2 moves for 7 reps. We hit arms hard, switch to leg strength and flexibility, and incorporate some core. Goes by super quick!!

May 17 Basics
db's only- 4 movement circuit with a focus on strength and balance. squats, warrior 3, lat. arm + leg raises, deadlift and a core cash out. Goes by quick!

May 19 Basics
db's only for an ALL FLOOR workout. 7 moves + 1 rest for 5 rounds- incorporates a lot of core, some flexibility, balance, and strength. Plus a quick cash out! You'll like it if you don't love getting on and off the floor often. ;)

May 24 Basics
db's only- 5 movement circuit that focuses on the legs and core plus a glute cash out! Tough but quick workout- enjoy it!!
